A friend of mine had recently told me about 'A Complicated Kindness' by Miriam Toews, so I looked it up on amazon.com. Among all the ads and glowing (as always) reviews, was an 'Inside This Book' section, which included Capitalized Phrases (CAPS). Presumably using their fancy A9 search engine, Amazon has started extracting the interesting nouns and phrases from all of their books, so you can get a sense of what's going on.
This one's list finished wth: 'Aunt Gonad, Jesus Christ, Keith Jarrett, Red Phantom, Swiss Family Robinson, Billy Graham, Cabbage Patch, Professor Knuf'.
Might be worth reading.
